Betsy Gillette

Betsy is a 20-year industry veteran having experience in both conventional and natural retail with Jewel Food Stores in Chicago and Wild Oats in Boulder. Additionally she has held positions on the manufacturing side, with White Wave Foods and in distribution with UNFI. For the past 4 years Betsy held key roles at Ignite Sales Management, lead sales with Whole Foods, and most recently as SVP of Sales, where she helped emerging and mid-sized Natural and Organic brands gain distribution at retail, develop promotional and trade strategies, solidify channel strategies, and manage broker relationships. She serves on the FMI Emerge Council of Champions

David Voss

David is a seasoned sales professional, with over 28 years in the industry. He’s had long tenures at Campbells, General Mills and for the past 7 years leading the West coast initiatives for Ignite Sales Management. David was instrumental in building the Talenti, Blake’s and Essentia Water businesses, and was highly involved in vetting potential brands for inclusion in the portfolio.

Susan Morrison

Susan has 25+ years of sales experience in the CPG industry, and she’s sold products in most categories across the store. The bulk of her career was with General Mills, managing both an array of their conventional items, but finished up her tenure their Natural/Organic team, selling popular brands such as Annie’s and Larabar, along with Cascadian Farm, Food Should Taste Good and Muir Glen. Most recently she was part of the Ignite Sales Management Team, covering HEB, Central Market, the rest of Texas and the Central US. Her passion is working with innovative brands to create strong partnerships with retailers by gaining placement, customizing promotional strategies and watching product fly off the shelves!

Sarah Dorey

Sarah has been in the CPG industry for over 18 years. She spent the first 14 years of her career in the sales division at General Mills. She gained a wide variety of experiences there – ranging from being the key sales point on the cereal division, leading the Target team, and managing the category advisor groups for 10+ categories at Walmart. For the past 4 years, she joined Ignite Sales Management as Client Services Director across key brands such as Good Belly, Beyond Meat, One Degree Organics and Feel Good Foods. Most recently, she was the SVP for Business Development, leading the analytics, process development, and planning functions, in addition to leading sales for Walmart.
